HLOTSE – TELECOMMUNICATIONS giant, Econet Telecom Lesotho (ETL), opened a shop in Hlotse last Friday in a move the company says will bring services closer to the people.

Speaking at the opening ceremony ETL boss, Leon de Fleuriot, said the new shop was in response to complaints by their customers in Leribe that they were having difficulties accessing their services.

He said he was happy that the new shop will bring services closer to the people.

Fleuriot said as Econet they offer quality services to their customers.

Speaking at the same occasion, the District Administrator for Leribe, Mokhabelane Morahanye, said he is happy that Econet Telecom Lesotho had decided to bring their services to Leribe.

Morahanye said the new shop will also help in growing the economy in the district.

He said the new shop was confirmation that ETL cares about the people of Leribe by providing them with telecommunication services.
