Fixture changes announced

MASERU-The Premier League Management Committee (PLMC) has confirmed changes to the Econet Premier League’s fixtures because of Lesotho’s 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers against Benin later this month.
Likuena play Benin away on March 25 and at home on March 29.
No league game will be played during that week and the PLMC has instead scheduled midweek matches starting next Wednesday.
The league said the adjustments have been made to accommodate the national team as well as clubs that have players in the senior squad.

Likuena are in Group L of 2021 AFCON qualifying alongside Benin, Nigeria and Sierra Leone.
Some matches have been rescheduled to be played in April.
The new schedule includes a double header on Monday, April 13 at Setsoto Stadium in which Bantu and Lijabatho will open the proceedings with Matlama against Likhopo set to follow afterwards.

Normally, when Likuena play, clubs with representatives in the national team get their Econet Premier League fixtures postponed while other teams continue with league games.
That is set to be different this time around with the league declaring a complete break.
Likuena have played two AFCON qualifying games so far, drawing with Sierra Leone and losing to Nigeria late last year.
