“These students have made us proud,” Leteba said, adding that the awards they have received are internationally recognized.
“It is for this reason we are celebrating today”.

FNB Lesotho strategic development manager, Ponts’o Kharane praised LSMTA for their remarkable work.
Kharane said her bank recognizes and supports young individuals who are dedicated to their work because they value technology as the institution.
For her, teachers play a significant role because they contribute to the economic growth of the country.
Her advice to the students was that they should further their studies to the next level.
“Take this further,” Kharane said, adding that they should explore courses that are available to them.
“You should remember that Mathematics, Science and Technology are pathways to becoming an engineer,” Kharane said.
Her encouragement was not only for those who have worked well but also for those who are yet to embark on their exams in this upcoming year.
As the bank, they congratulated all the award recipients and encouraged everyone at the occasion to be inspired.
Their gratitude was also extended to the parents who had joined the occasion.
Kharane told teachers that they play a crucial role in shaping students’ future.
LSMT Vice secretary general, Nthabiseng Hulane said Leribe district is the top-performing district in Mathematics, Physical Science and Biology.
Meanwhile, Maseru excels in primary education and is also the best-performing district overall.
