MASERU – Ntsoaki Thaane last Friday walked away M200 000 richer after she was named the Baso200 campaign winner.
Thaane is the third person to win the award.
Econet Telecom Lesotho has so far disbursed close to M1 300 000 in cash prizes. A total of M6 million has been set aside for this transformative campaign.
Econet says an additional M200 000 and the grand prize of a brand new Toyota GD6 remain up for grabs.
ETL Acting General Manager of Marketing Communications and Customer Experience, Puleng ‘Mathabo Masoabi, said the campaign has truly lived up to its promise of transforming lives.
“We are thrilled to celebrate with Thaane today and to remind Econet’s valued customers that more incredible prizes are still waiting to be won,” she said.
As we approach the final stretch, we encourage everyone to continue purchasing their Nalane bundles as well as daily, weekly or monthly bundles to increase their chances of walking away with these life-changing rewards, she said.
Masoabi said existing subscribers can also participate by opting to join the campaign through the buying of bundles from M10 Nalane daily bundles to meet the required thresholds to be eligible for the exciting draw.
She said there are still more prizes to be won till the campaign is over.
Thaane said she was happy that Econet had made a significant improvement in her life.
“I still cannot believe that I am M200 000 richer today, thanks to Econet,” she said.
The big win, she said, will truly change her life for the better.
Thaane said the Econet Baso200 campaign is real and advised everyone out there to keep participating because they could be the lucky winners.
Also, she believes the main reason behind the winning is that she did not just buy any bundles.
But she bought Nalane bundles which are part of the Baso200 campaign.
“I once again would like to thank Econet for this huge gift they have given me”.
“Indeed I can testify that they are committed to giving back to the community,” she said.
